First meeting to inform the teachers about the cost sharing policy

We wanted to inform the teachers first. What happens now is that during the meetings we have in the communities, the teachers are also there to answer questions the parents have and the teachers are there to encourage the parents.

And yes, it is a child who is sleeping on the table :)
